Consultation/counselling
Private consultation and counselling, to help you take that first step.
Empowerment Self Defence
ESD has roots in women’s liberation movements of the late 1960 and 70s.
Radica feminist identified male domination as the main source for gender inequality and oppression. Violence against women – both physical violence itself and the fear of violence that prevents women from living freely – came to be seen as a control means by which women are oppressed.
Today ESD is a unique comprehensive trauma-informed method of violence resistance education and self-protection skills.
The movement of ESD is happening through the world with the core values being the fundamental bases for the programme, however they are ever evolving.
Womens's warrior workshop
Our women’s empowerment sessions bring women together in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment to develop practical personal safety and self-defence skills.

Participants gain an understanding of situational awareness, risk assessment, and the legal framework surrounding self-defence, empowering them to make informed decisions and respond confidently should they feel threatened. These sessions are designed to build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of personal empowerment.
